Our son, Michael, was successfully transplanted in April 2015!  Thanks to the Flood Sisters and their organization, he was successfully matched and is currently thriving!!

After 2 years on dialysis, I was starting to lose hope. Even though I was proactive in trying to find a donor by going to Craigslist etc, things were not optimistic. Then I contacted the Flood Sisters. To my amazement, within weeks of signing up with their Organization, I found an Altruistic Donor and was successfully transplanted in July of 2009. God Bless them and the work that they do; saving one life at a time.

After two and a half years on dialysis, I thought my life and everything I enjoyed was over.  I was on the national transplant site, knowing that it could take years before I got the call. Then one day my wife was searching the web for other options and came upon The Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation of America. What a blessing this turned out to be! I registered as a recipient March 2009 and was matched with my living donor by the following September. I received my new wonderful kidney in May 2010. I cannot say enough praise about the Flood sisters and work they do through their foundation to save lives.

I first learned of The Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation when I was searching to find a kidney match for my son Adam. I sent Jennifer Flood an email in hopes that she would be able to help me find that perfect kidney. I had attempted to contact many other donor match websites but I never received a response, so I was very surprised when Jennifer Flood responded immediately. I knew the moment I talked to Jennifer that she would be the one to help me in my quest to finding that perfect match for Adam. The Flood Sisters were able to connect me world renowned Dr. Robert Montgomery at John Hopkins in Baltimore Maryland. Jennifer Flood made it her mission to help us get from Texas to Maryland by helping us with various fundraisers and by helping me find my hope. My heart holds a special place for The Flood Sisters.
