I am deeply grateful to the Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation - their work is the reason I'm still able to pick up the phone and speak to one of my closest friends, Jerry Edelstein. With the knowledge they gained during the fight for their father's life, Jennifer, Cynthia and Heather Flood created a life-saving organization to help others. That's the epitome of "paying it forward" and now, on behalf of Jerry, I dedicate tonight's performance to help raise funds for the Flood Sisters' work and raise awareness about living donors.
